Ryan Winger Director of Voter File Development, Data Enhancement and Mapping Services

Ryan Winger oversees the collection and construction of Magellan’s national voter file database. He has designed all of Magellan’s internal voter file code that converts raw voter file data into our master voter file format. Ryan has supported hundreds of campaign clients with their database management needs. Ryan is also one of our team leaders in redistricting database construction and our data mapping services. Ryan has been with Magellan since November 2007, and holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado-Boulder.Ryan lives with his wife, Vicki, in Longmont, CO.
